I am having problems accessing my account to retrieve my licence key and purchase a new one. 2 Online support messages via your online contact form have been submitted in the last 10 days and I am yet to get a reply
So I am trying here.
The problem I am having is that my original order was purchased a few years ago and since I do not remember the answer to the account security question, I am not able to reset my account password. I am still using the same email account and am able to provide all correspondence from my original order.
Are there any moderators that is able to help with this request?
