where I can set hotkeys for "Duplicate block or line"?

I have not found this in "Editor shortcuts".

IDE version 12

in IDE version 9, shortcuts for "Duplicate block or line" = 'Ctrl+D'

ctrl-d works for me on latest version
is there a cut paste shortcut ? like ctr-x in unix editors ?

Turn "persistent blocks" in Settings > Editor settings on, then you'll be able to select block, move caret to the new position and then cut selected text from old place and paste at caret position by calling "Move Block" command (default shortcut Ctrl-K, V).

you need to add this to the right place of your phped.cfg:

<shortcut shortcut="16452">Ctrl+D</shortcut>

As of version 10, Duplicate Block/Line shortcut isn't configurable anymore.

All shortcuts are configurable, of course.
