I need update DBG from 6.1 to 6.2

When I run setting wizard, I get this error:

Error (-131) http://localhost:8080/dbg-wizard.php?version web server failed: HTTP/1.1 500 Internal server error. Failed to read fastcgi header

I need to use DBG and I don't know what to do.

Most probably you configured wrong php binary, not fastcgi one to work as fastcgi. This is what causes error with reading fastcgi headers.
