Anyone got email for support/sales?

Sorry to post here but cannot log in to get latest version. Upgraded to v.12 late last year.
Credentials keep getting rejected.
The form to reset the password doesn't work (have tried several times).
Just posting here in the hope someone in authority might see it and point me in the right direction.
I could call but it would be a long distance international call for me and who knows how long it might take or the cost.

I did but got no reply.
I'm not sure that form is working.
The reset password facility isn't working for me either.
Not sure what to do.

I just filled in the form again.
There is no indication that the message is sent - it merely redirects to the login page again.

Not sure what to do.
Dump the product, write off the renewal and move to competing IDE?
It's tempting.

It's a while since I used the contact form, so can't remember what it does. Browsers not accepting cookies sometimes cause redirection issues without messages.

You could maybe try emailing support

I contacted the sales email and Sergey fixed the matter quickly.
Thanks for that.

I obviously resest it and forgot (new rules for passwords regarding u/l case).

I set a hint for the password but this didn't appear anywhere when I tried to log in.

Also the password reset form didn't work for me (and I tried it several times).
Also not sure the "contact us" form works as intended, as I got no response when I used it (again more than once).

Anyway, all is well now.
