My guess is that you've installed a separate PHP and that has configured the PHPRC environment variable, which PhpED is detecting because that can cause the PhpED version of PHP to pickup things from your other PHP.
If you are using PhpED PHP then maybe uninstall your other PHP. Alternatively, go into Advanced system settings (right click Computer then Properties) click Environment Variables and see if there is a PHPRC defined in System Variables, which you can remove. You might then need to restart your computer to fully remove the usage of that variable. Alternatively, use the PHP that you installed and do not use the PhpED copy of PHP; that's what I would do myself. |
