PhpED was working last time I used it - then I upgraded to 12021 (64-bit). Now I cannot debug because the debug menu items are grayed out. How do I fix this?

MY REPLY: Apparently I needed to run the Debug Wizard and let it do its thing. And restore the php.ini file to the way it was with 32-bit. And perhaps reboot my machine, although this may not have been needed.
