I am trying to used the DB form wizard to access a simple table. The DB is My SQL and when i make the account, it finds the table and the fields. When I try to run the DB form it has the error require_once(db_utils.inc): failed to open stream
I haven't been able to sort out why the db_utils.inc is not running properly........ANy thoughts?

Ok. Discovered the problem. PHP.ini did not reference the proper director for the includes. Changed the reference to the correct directory and everything works as expected.
