Code templates missing from Settings?

Any ideas, how can I summon the Code Templates section under settings? I have a personal Edition PHPED 9, but I can't seem to find it :O.

Code Templates moved from settings dialog to "Code Snippets" tab pinned by default to the right side of the PHPEd main window.

It might be good idea to update the text of a tip that appears when PhpEd starts that still mentions Tools-Settings-Code Templates Smile
