Change tooltip background

Is there a way to change code tooltip background?
I searched all the options, files, even exported theme settings.
I tried Carbon theme, it's ok, but tooltips look dirty and grey font on grey background looks insane:

Is this fixed in v18?

Carbon theme is really unusable Mad
