file encoding

I have a .php-file encoded in utf8. For only this file encoding should be changed to WINDOWS-1252. How?

Open the file in the PhpED editor, then do a File > Save As and choose the encoding at the bottom of the Save dialog.

Bear in mind that with a different encoding you may require a different meta for Content-Type.
