[cleared] Support requests being ignored?

It's been a month. So far I've sent two support requests via the form at http://shop.nusphere.com/customer/support.php. The nature of the support is with regard to payment - I think I accidentally paid for the wrong version.

The first support request was on 6/1. I immediately got the automated responses from Julia, but that's it. I have yet to receive a response.
I've tried the telephone, but each time I've called the sales line I get instantly sent to voicemail.

If anybody from NuSphere is reading this thread, please reply with how I can contact somebody with regard to my problem.

When you submitted http://shop.nusphere.com/customer/support.php, did it indicate any problems/error such as "your email is invalid"? We have some dozen support requests every day and the form itself works fine. So if it didn't show any errors, your ticket would be created and corresponding ticket ID would be sent back to you for further reference.

Hi Dmitri.

As for your questions, no indication was given. I received the automated response email to let me know that the message had been received, but nothing beyond that. No ticket ID or anything. Checked my spam bin, nothing in there.

Update: I finally got in contact with Sergey who fixed my problem. He responded to the VM I left though.

First seems to be our forum's greeting
2nd is our response - was accepted on your side (spammertrap1.cleanyouremail.com) with mail ID 824D16165D9
3rd was submitted by you to our Sales dept. It was successfully received and forwarded to Serge

Bottom line: I don't see any problems on our side. Probably you missed 2nd email -- please check your email server (spammertrap1.cleanyouremail.com) logs to see what happened to emailID 824D16165D9

Looks like you're under some (possibly wrong) impression Smile
I don't have a filthy habit of deleting posts except some marginal cases, but that's not a habit anyway.
