[cleared] Support requests being ignored? |

It's been a month. So far I've sent two support requests via the form at http://shop.nusphere.com/customer/support.php. The nature of the support is with regard to payment - I think I accidentally paid for the wrong version.
The first support request was on 6/1. I immediately got the automated responses from Julia, but that's it. I have yet to receive a response. I've tried the telephone, but each time I've called the sales line I get instantly sent to voicemail. If anybody from NuSphere is reading this thread, please reply with how I can contact somebody with regard to my problem. Thank you! |

When you submitted http://shop.nusphere.com/customer/support.php, did it indicate any problems/error such as "your email is invalid"? We have some dozen support requests every day and the form itself works fine. So if it didn't show any errors, your ticket would be created and corresponding ticket ID would be sent back to you for further reference.

It was successfully received and forwarded to Serge Bottom line: I don't see any problems on our side. Probably you missed 2nd email -- please check your email server (spammertrap1.cleanyouremail.com) logs to see what happened to emailID 824D16165D9 |

Looks like you're under some (possibly wrong) impression I don't have a filthy habit of deleting posts except some marginal cases, but that's not a habit anyway. I'm glad the problem is resolved. |
