Hello dev team,

Currently I do a lot a continus integration, with upload/sync directly on the prod server.
My issue : uploading an "inc" file breaks everything. Last less that a second but it's enough to break over 20 operations...

What I don't want to do anymore : Hack every one of the servers to implement scp/ftp upload to a temp file as it breaks package updates (on hold).

Request : Could it be possible to add an option in a file transfert account, with
- upload to a temp file checkbox
- a field Prefix for temp file (~~ by default if empty)

It would be very nice implementing that feature, as it doesn't break regular behavior.

Btw, I love your soft, use both Eclipse and PhpEd, way much faster!!!!!
