I finally made everyhing work but....
dbg doesn't open port 7869. Do i need to install server part (php-dbg-server) or it is contained in dbg package? Php doesn't report any errors nor apache do so I think everything is allright.

dbg does not open any ports for listening because it is not a listener.
Instead, it's a socket-client part and establishes connection back to the client up on debug session request from IDE.
