When I use PHP 5.3.5 TS VC9 and, DBG is not loaded without any error.
I use right version of DBG (ts VC9 x86).

Despite I use php THREAD SAFE,
the solution is to use this
zend_extension="C:\Program Files (x86)\wamp\bin\php\php5.3.8\ext\dbg-php-5.3.dll"
instead of this
zend_extension_ts="C:\Program Files (x86)\wamp\bin\php\php5.3.8\ext\dbg-php-5.3.dll"
(which actually suggest the dbg-wizard)

despite whether you use thread safe or a not thread safe versions of php and they are higher than 5.3, you have to use zend_extension

I don't think so. Dbg-wizard recognizes php 5.3 from the days when this version was released. Do you run a so outdated wizard?

You can see that it suggest with "ts".

Could you please try it from the IDE?
The html part of the wizard is slightly outdated.
