Can not found a link to the payed software from NuSphere!

Hello,
i have buyed (and payed via paypal) 8 hour before the php editor. But i have not received a link to download now my product.
No answers from the 'contact' or 'shop' e-mail addresses!
What can i do to receive the info to become my software fast?
