Cannot connect over ftps

Hi,
I try first time to connect with ftps and I cannot connect to the server.
Something in the configuration I made wrong, because the connection over Filezilla and Winscp works.

I got the error:
Code:
Failed to connect to server.
Could not load root certificate.
error:0B084002:x509 certificate routines:X509_load_sert_crl_file:system.lib

Then I have controlled the SSL-Key-Configuration and under X.509 Certficate I have
Code:
C:\Programme\nusphere\phped\openssl\phped.cert

but there is no folder "openssl" under the phped-folder.
How can I get the files under the folder and why is it not installed by default?

Using: PhPed 6.1.6111
Windows XP 32-bit

correct path is %APPDATA%\NuSphere\PhpED\config\openssl
just expand it in Windows Explorer and copy-paste the result

Hi,
Quote:
correct path is %APPDATA%\NuSphere\PhpED\config\openssl

I did it. the new path for all three positions now is:
Code:
C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\Administrator\Anwendungsdaten\NuSphere\PhpED\config\openssl

Then I got a file named smime.p7s (not shure if it is necessairy) and put it into the directory.

But I got a failure message after long time waiting:
Code:
Failed to connect to server.
Read timed out

FileZille can connect, the server is living.

Wolfgang

it's not necessarily server.
it can be anything in between, like firewalls, or your settings in phped itself.
Window's firewall, for example, take into account application names, so it's not that hard to screw up connectivity for a particular application and allow all the others to work fine.
If you believe it's a problem in PhpED, I highly recommend you contact nusphere support and provide all the details, including your account settings and possibly a real server with an account to test.
