PHPExpress new version

In the changelog for build 6236 there is this note:

0003713: [Update] PhpExpress is updated to version 3.0.3045

Yet when I go to the Nusphere/PHPEd/Nusphere-PHPExpress folder the files are all from May 2011, and when you open those tar'd files they have within them files from Jan 2011. How can we find the 3.0.3045 PHPExpress files?

PhpExpress is a FREE product. You can always download it from www.nusphere.com
