Setting Breakpoint in file with .module extension

I am new to NuShpere PHP IDE and am using it for Drupal CMS development. I have a file named First.module that I want to debug.
Although I can set a breakpoint in files having php exension, I am unable to set breakpoint in the file with .module extension.

Did you try to set a breakpoints in NotePad or WordPad?
Guess why they don't support breakpoints.
