default shortcut is ctrl+[, but currently it doesn't work

wouldn't you tell me please where should i set it again (what's the command name in editor shortcuts)

The default shorcut is ctrl+=
see Tools->Settings->Editor Shortcuts

As of Ctrl+[ and Ctrl+] they jump to next/prev highlighted item. For example if you click on a variable and it becomes yellow (highlighted), then you can Ctrl+] to jump to next occurence of this varilable.
