Stopping at the end of Javascript files

I know that I have changed something, but I can't figure out what.

If I have a PHP script which has external Javascript files, then when I debug, the debugger stops on the last line of the external javascript file. If I have more than one external file, this means a few extra, but annoying, clicks.

Can someone tell me how to stop this?
