Nginx revers proxy for Apache

Hello,

I'm using Nginx as revers proxy for Apache + PHP. All request comes to Apacge from Nginx, from 127.0.0.1 IP.
DBG wizard reports that "client outbound IP = 127.0.0.1" and debugger try to connect to 127.0.0.1:7869 instead of real client IP.

Is it possible to use DBG in such configuration?
