Can't turn off OVR (overwrite)

Hello, I can't turn off OVR (overwriting) option in right-bottom corner.
Please help!

Have you ticked Insert mode in the Settings > Editor options? Also, the keyboard Insert key will switch between insert and overwrite mode. If neither of those work, something really strange is going on with your PhpED.
