Shortcut key for content menu ( Shift + F10 in window ) ?

I press Shift + F10 to open content menu in workspace but I can't see it. Anybody here can help me?
Or Anybody can teach me create shortcut key for Shell Menu -> Explore.

The item you are looking for can be found in Tools > Settings
Then go to IDE > IDE Shortcuts and scroll all the way down to the section that is called "Tabs". In there you have the Explorer and you can assign it a shortcut.

Btw I'm assuming you are refering to the explorer tab from PhpED. Since you say Shell menu > Explore this can also mean to start a normal windows explorer. If so then this won't help I'm afraid.
