Hi there, I'm using PhpED for moodle (download.moodle.org) development. Is there a simple tutorial (or step by step guide or something) to show me how to setup a break point within a certain point and then just run my local dev moodle and it will just stop at the breakpoint? Thanks!

I'm not familiar with moodle. Why not to open source file, set a breakpoint on a line that will be executed, and press Run With Debugger button?

I am running oscommerce using the internal browser. The suggestion earlier in this thread did not work. I did the following:

1) selected a module includes/module/payment/cc.php from the source tree
2) set a breakpoint (on a line that will executed)
3) selected the starting module (index.php) from the document root
4) clicked on run in the debugger toolbar

The program worked as it should have; going through the module (because I interacted with the form it builds) and got no breakpoint.

Is there a step missing?

AFAIK there is no Run button in the debugger toolbar.
If you pressed Debug and debug session did not start, run settings Wizard for your project.
