Can i write option in php.ini for disable cache?
Last time on diferent servers phpexpress generate FATAL error, clear cache function solve problem, but i can't monitor servers every time.

if you wan to disable cache, set phpexpress.cache=Off in your php.ini and restart web server (or php-cgi handling process)

I did't use encoding in this project.

After like error, i press Clear cache and scripts work again.
