I'm trying to run the PHP Documentor and it fails because of missing DLLs MSVCR71.dll, then php_pho.dll, php_mbstring.dll. I don't have php or mysql installed on the same machine I'm developing on, but I've run PHP documentor before on this project so I don't understand what happened. The only thing that I can think of that's different (WRT PhpEd) is that I updated to 5.9.5.

Anyone else see these error messages and know what the trick is to getting PHP Documentor to work?
