I hear there is a way to integrate subversion with PhpED, without having to crack open the shell menu.

If you go to your Settings > Tools > Integration, you can add another menu here and so on. I'm a newbie to PhpED and I haven't used Subversion much myself, but my team does.

Can someone advice me what the custom settings would like like here? Please don't just send me a link to the manual. Been there.

I think I need just a single example to parse through and figure out and I can take it from there. I would be happy to post my final settings as a quick tutorial for others as well!

It looks like it may just be something like...

1. Add menu "SVN"
2. Add sub menu "Checkout"
3. Edit your newly created "Checkout" item
4. Select "Shell" from drop down labeled "execute with"
5. Command line should be something like: "TortoiseProc.exe /command:checkout ..."
6. repeat steps 2-5 until all your commands are in

I'll post back with final details.
