Drag-and-drop files in Windows 8

PhpED used to allow drag-and-drop for files from Explorer. Now, with my new Windows 8 computer, I no longer am able to do this. Why? Thank you.

Drag & drop works fine for me with Windows 8 and PhpED 8115

Note: If you use Run as administrator for PhpED (or other applications) then Windows will block some drag & drop operations due to the application and Explorer running as two different users and that has been the case with every version of Windows since XP.
