5963: CSS intelli-sense section broken in .tpl files

So, i am not getting the correct list of intelli-sense style options between <style> tags in tpl files.

It instead (incorrectly) displays the list of available html tags, see image - i have noticed this with the last couple of builds that I have used (5960 onwards?)




is anyone else experiencing this problem?
