When I debug this code
$resource = ftp_ssl_connect('ftps.host.com');

I have the error : Call to undefined function ftp_ssl_connect()

I have enabled php_openssl.dll in php.ini
extension=php_openssl.dll

but not works.

My SO is windows XP
