Connecting with DB Client

I am getting this error message:

"1251 Client does not support authentication protocol...you need to upgrade libmySQL.dll..."

Where do I get the update for this?

You can download MySQL client/server for windows, and get the DLL from the package, and put it into your phped folder. Works great.
