TechPlatform 5.8.2 (win) doesn't support imap-ssh?

I can't seem to get IMAP SSH working on TechPlatform 5.8.2 on Win XP.
The "SSL support" in phpinfo() is missing.

Previous versions didn't have this problem.
Any ideas?
