I would like to sort functions by the name of the function, not by it's type (public, private, etc.).

Now:
- private B()
- static final private C()
- public A()
- public B2()

Hopefully:
- public A()
- private B()
- public B2()
- static final private C()

And I wouldn't mind if I could hide keywords like static and final from Code Navigator.

I agree, but I think there should be an option to switch between sorting types (i.e. "by type" / "by name").
