dbg-php-5.3.dll missing

I'm running PHP Version 5.3.1 MSVC9

Nushpere 5.6 build 5631

Can't create project with debugging. Project Settings Wizard says dbg-php-5.3.dll is available in C:\Program Files\nusphere\phped\debugger\server\Windows

But the dll is not there, latest is dbg-php-5.2.dll

What to do?
