Currently all files in the directory are added to the project list. Since I work with very large projects, I would like to be able to define source pools and group files into these. Much like with the 'programmers Notepad'. Even the early Borland IDE had this feature.
I do not like using sub-directories for grouping files since these would later show up in the URL.

I agree, it would be a very useful feature. I would also like an option to exclude path from TODOs and validations, since I need to use third party libraries sometimes and I am not interested in their errors/warnings/todos.
