I want to run a local server for 1 reason to run oscommerce and allow me to debug locally, I have only a 56k connection and it is driving me crazy to the point of suicide, I add and modify osc with many contributions which I have to upload to verify they are working.

So I want to setup a local server, what do I need plz plz plz? I am trying to download the packages from here but they are slow. And I get cutoff every 2 hrs or so.(we cannot get dsl)

I am downloading now - TechPlatform-3.2-Win32.exe
and NuSphere-phped-3.3.1evl-Win32.exe.

Also instructions on how to setup loaclly these package to start me off.
