How to install PHPwebsite

Hello, in an old version was installing of phpwebsite a simple click on a button. Now in the 3.1 version phpwebsite is still in the package but it can not be installed automaticaly anymore. I even can't find installation instructions.
Is there anyone how can "tell" me howto install this website?

I'm sorry, php website supplied with TechPlat 3.1 is out of date and therefore should be avoided. If you need a fresh copy, you'd take it from the vendor site and follow their instructions.
