Associate *.txt files

Hi,

there is no type "Text" in Settings -> Associations. Please, how can it be added? I want to associate *.txt files with PhpEd, in hope that the *.txt file template in nusphere\phped\templates will be added to the selection when clicking "File" -> "New".

My version is 5.9 (build 5935).
