Javascript Code Navigator always expands functions/methods

In "Tools -> Settings -> Code Navigator -> Javascript -> Initially view expanded" I have unchecked all items.
This doesn't seem to affect the code navigator for javascript as the JS files keep showing the expanded view.
(works fine for PHP)
