Find and Replace Not Working Properly

Is anyone else expierencing this problem. I am testing PHP 5.9 (Build 5933eval) and am running into a problem TRYING to do a find and replace.

First I did a replace and only wanted to replace certain items. So I did a find. When ever I do find next, it is doing a replace as well.
