Is it possible that workspace search and refreshes files in the projects in a separate background thread, so it doesnt get stuck at startup for huge projects?

Also, can you put a search box there so it filters only files matching the text in that box, even if in the middle of file or folder name?

This search you have now that expands and enter x levels in a folder three to select first match is really a waste of time on large scale projects.
