Replace window covering text

Using 5.9 build 5921 and Windows 7 32 bit

When using the replace function the prompt window pops up partially obscuring the line where the highlight is. When performing a replace all this is irritating as one has to constantly move the window out of the way to check the line. Is there a way of determining where the window pops up?

It would be good to get some indication about this as it is very frustrating.
