searching for <% does not seem to work in some cases.

For example in a single file that had the <% in has been correcteed but the changes not saved, then a search in files is done on a folder for <%. A dialogue box is shown saying:

Information
Search string ''

and no search results are shown.

I think the dialogue message is perhaps a bug.

well a slightly related issue, is that the dialog box does not understand what was searched for.
