just used the smart sync tool on accident in a project, where the Encoder is activated (encode before upload). What happens is that all encoded files from ftp server overwrite the local unencoded version.
Luckily is use CVS, but it might be more secure if Smart Download and Smart Sync would be deactivated by IDE if Encoder is enabled for this project. But please leave the Smart Upload ;o)
