As it is now, I can only view the contents of tables in the DB Client. It would be very nice indeed if I could edit these contents in PhpEd, instead of having to go to my external MySQL Front End program.

There is an SQL tab there that you can use to enter SQL and execute. No need to go into an external application.
Output from the command does not seem to appear though so don't know if it suceeds or not.
