How can I stop PhpEd from ALWAYS debugging?

I host my site locally on the same machine as the PhpEd & the DBG, whenever I lok at my site through the browser using http://localhost it always fires up the debugger, is there a way to 'stop' debugging? I know I can just 'play' the page from the IDE but ideally I'd like to just switch it off and allow myself to navigate the site without having to 'play' each page I visit...

Is this possible?
