Is it possible to run shell etc via PHPDock? I'm trying, but it doesn't seem to be working - the programs don't run at all.

All these functions work fine for me, including exec, passthrough and system.
Probably you did something wrong.
Try to debug your code using NuSphere PhpED.

I did some more testing, and I think I may have had the exe in the wrong place, and so the relative path I was using was incorrect. I now have the exe in the /web folder, and use the command.

system("debug.exe")

to run it successfully.
