This one is a biggie for me and my "habitual methods".

Suppose a line is 30 chars long, and the next line is 20 chars long. If I am at the end of the 30 char line, and hit the down array, the cursor should be placed at the end of the next line, i.e., the 20th position. However I've noticed that the cursor is placed at the 30th position. This just mystifies me. Is there anyways to change this to be like every other text editor I've used for the last 20 years? I.e., new lines are the end of a line, and clicking to the right of that puts the cursor at the actual end of the line, and not exactly where I clicked.

(Sorry about doing three posts in a row, but I am seriously considering purchasing a license, but these three issues are all factors that are weighing on me)

That would be the Editor > Editor Settings > Cursor beyond EOL option you are looking for
