Hi, I have the following setup:

eyecamera (workspace)
--documentation (folder)
--test.php (test file)

The test.php file contains 'Sample File 1" from http://manual.phpdoc.org/HTMLSmartyConverter/HandS/phpDocumentor/tutorial_sample1.pkg.html

The phpDocumenter is set to run under "Shell" with following command line:
@php@ "C:\Program Files\NuSphere\PhpED\phpDocumentor\phpdoc" -t "@Projpath(phpdoc_target_dir)@" -dn "@Project@" -d "@FName@" -ti "Generated documentation"

The phpDocumenter 'open file' setting is the following:
@Projpath(phpdoc_target_dir)@\index.html

I right click on file 'test.php' in the work space area, and run php documenter, some processing occurs and I get a new page opening in the browser with the following address:
C:\xampp\htdocs\mySites\eyecamera\documentation\test.php\index.html

However, the index.html page is never generated and therefore not viewable.

The folder 'test.php' gets generated under the 'documentation' folder as I would expect, but no index.html file

By default PHP Documentor is configured to run against only directories and whole projects, not files.
Please revert settings back (see Reset button) and run PHP Documentor on the projects only.
