I'd like to be able to copy the details of individual publishing accounts to a new publishing account and then be able to edit just a few details. Perhaps multiple username/pw's to the same server or multiple servers per username/pw... that type of thing.

Is there a built-in feature to do this that I am not seeing?

while this functionality is not currently available, you can easily duplicate xml nodes in accounts.cfg file using any suitable XML editor
